Description
- Product Vision: Communicate and establish the product vision to development teams, stakeholders, and relevant parties.
- Product Planning: Develop and manage the product roadmap to ensure business goals and user needs are met.
- Product Backlog: Manage the product backlog, create and detail user stories, and prioritize features and tasks based on business value
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with development teams, including developers, designers, and other product owners, to ensure a clear understanding of product needs.
- Task Prioritization: Ensure the team focuses on the most valuable work that has the greatest positive impact on the product and business.
- User Understanding: Understand user needs and expectations, ensuring that the product meets or exceeds user expectations.
- Product Testing and Monitoring: Plan and oversee product testing, monitor product performance post-launch, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Product Updates and Development: Engage in the software development life cycle, organize product iterations, and ensure timely delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including management, users, and internal teams, to ensure understanding and support for the product.
Education
Diploma / Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information System, or Information
Must Have
- At least 3 years experience as Product Owner
- Experience in AGILE - SCRUM and JIRA
- Familiar what business process is, what a process and what an activity is
- Understand how to create user stories
- Ex developer
- Large-scale enterprise system
- Leadership, critical thinking and analytical skills
- Problem solving, analyze, evaluate and identify solution
- Effective communication skill with ability to influence
- Product minded oriented that always put our foot in user basis
Preferably someone who experience in managing team using agile principle
