Job Responsibility:

Manage, monitor and review all Finance and Accounting activities in order to ensure the efficiency and effective operation of Finance and Accounting function within company’s procedures and effective Operation Excellence in Mining and Mines services and follow the terms of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standard.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with minimum 10 years of working experience in Mining industry

Well understanding on the Financial Reporting Standards (PSAK/IFRS) and Tax including to its implication on business operations and reporting
Have experience with financial projections or forecasting including to the gap analysis and recommendation
Strong knowledge on Cost Accounting
Familiar with ERP system e.g SAP, Oracle, etc.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to details
Good problem-solving skills with proven leadership skills
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills (Indonesian and English)
