Technical Leadership:

• Lead a team of backend PHP developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
• Set coding standards, best practices, and ensure adherence to coding guidelines.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.

Software Development:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and efficient backend systems using PHP and related technologies.
• Create APIs and integrate them with frontend components to ensure smooth data flow.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration practices.

Architecture and Design:

• Contribute to the design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
• Identify opportunities for system optimizations and performance improvements.

Project Management:

• Collaborate with project managers to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
• Break down complex features into manageable tasks and delegate responsibilities to the development team.
• Monitor progress, track milestones, and report project status to stakeholders.

Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:

• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in collaboration with the development team.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members during problem-solving activities.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in backend development.
• Share knowledge and expertise with the team through training sessions and workshops.

1. At least 1-2 years as devlead, working experience in delivery of technology solution and/or large-scale enterprise system
2. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.

1. Knowledge of PHP web frameworks including Yii, Laravel, and CodeIgniter.
2. Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, and HTML5.
3. Understanding of object-oriented PHP programming.
4. Previous experience creating scalable applications.
5. Proficient with code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, CVS, and SVN.
6. Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.
7. Ability to project manage.
