Description
- Lead and mentor a team of backend developers, providing guidance and support.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance server-side applications and services.
- Oversee the architecture and implementation of APIs to support front-end functionality.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of backend systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Implement best practices for development, testing, and deployment.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Participate in the hiring process to grow the backend development team.
Education
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information System, or Information Technology
Must Have
- At least experience 1-2 years as Developer Lead
- Leadership, critical thinking and analytical skills
- Problem solving, analyze, evaluate and identify solution
- Effective communication skill with ability to influence
- Preferably someone who experience in managing team using agile principles
- Know about microservices, messaging, CICD, DevSecOps mechanism, AWS SES, AWS S3
- Know about Java, Springboot, React Native, Angular, or React JS, Framework springboot, tech stack java, recommend quarkus.
- Follow trend on IT things
- Willing to work WFO
