Description
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Team Management: Lead and coordinate technical teams, ensuring effective and efficient work.
- Project Execution Monitoring : Track project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders; provide regular progress reports.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks; manage scope, schedule, or budget changes.
- Resource Management: Ensure the availability and optimal use of required resources (labour, equipment, and materials).
- Quality Control: Establish and maintain project quality standards; review deliverables.
- Technology Utilization: Ensure appropriate use of technology and tools; stay updated on relevant tech trends.
- Project Documentations : Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Project Closure: Oversee project completion, deliverables handover, and conduct post-project evaluation.
Education
- Bachelor degree in related field
- Minimum 2 Years experiences in the same position
Must Have
- At least 2 years experience in the relevant field
- Have Experiences as Developer
- Leadership, critical thinking and analytical skills
- Problem solving, analyze, evaluate and identify solution
- Effective communication skill with ability to influence
- Preferably someone who experience in managing team using agile principles
