Technical Leadership:

Lead a team of backend PHP developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
Set coding standards, best practices, and ensure adherence to coding guidelines.
Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.

Software Development:

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and efficient backend systems using PHP and related technologies.
Create APIs and integrate them with frontend components to ensure smooth data flow.
Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration practices.

Architecture and Design:

Contribute to the design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
Identify opportunities for system optimizations and performance improvements.

Project Management:

Collaborate with project managers to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
Break down complex features into manageable tasks and delegate responsibilities to the development team.
Monitor progress, track milestones, and report project status to stakeholders.

Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:

Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in collaboration with the development team.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members during problem-solving activities.

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in backend development.
Share knowledge and expertise with the team through training sessions and workshops.

At least 1-2 years as devlead, working experience in delivery of technology solution and/or large-scale enterprise system
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.

Knowledge of PHP web frameworks including Yii, Laravel, and CodeIgniter.
Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, and HTML5.
Understanding of object-oriented PHP programming.
Previous experience creating scalable applications.
Proficient with code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, CVS, and SVN.
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.
Ability to project manage.
Good problem-solving skills.
